Agreement

By using Multi-Drive Smart Copy (“the Extension”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.

Description of Service

The Extension allows you to copy files between Google Drive accounts you own or have authorized access to. The service operates through Google’s APIs and does not store or process your files on external servers. You select files through Google Picker, and copying is performed directly between your accounts via Google’s servers.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the Extension only with Google accounts you own or have permission to access
Not use the Extension for any illegal purpose
Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the Extension
Comply with Google’s Terms of Service when using your Google Drive

License

Free Version

The free version is provided at no cost with limitations (2 accounts, 10 files per copy, no folder copying).

Paid Version

One-time payment of $20 USD grants a license for unlimited use
License keys are non-transferable and tied to a specific installation
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the Extension does not work as described

Intellectual Property

The Extension and its original content are owned by the developer and protected by applicable copyright laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

The Extension will meet your specific requirements
The Extension will be uninterrupted or error-free
Any errors will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE EXTENSION.

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the license ($20 USD).

Google API Services

The Extension uses Google API Services (drive.file scope and Picker API). By using the Extension, you also agree to be bound by Google’s Terms of Service.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to revoke licenses for violations of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
